We're here with you...
Krovim surrounds families in Israel who have children with chronic illness, medical complexities or physical disabilities, providing social, emotional and physical support.
You don't have to do it alone.
When your child faces illness, everything feels heavier.
Appointments, exhaustion, endless juggling… and somehow you’re still expected to hold everything together.
Krovim surrounds families in Israel with emotional, social, and practical support.
We stand close so your family can breathe again.
When chronic illness touches a family, everything changes.

As a parent...
you feel divided, trying your best to hold it all together, always feeling like you're falling short somehow. You ask yourself, “Is there more that I should be doing? What am I missing?” And then reality kicks in… and you remember “If I take on too much, I just might break... I already feel like I'm breaking.” You wonder how others are coping as they navigate their own challenges raising children with chronic illness. You feel shame and guilt for not giving your other kids the attention they need and deserve. You make up stories in your mind that somehow other people have it all figured out. If only you had an extra set of hands, friends who understand and who are not sick of hearing endless medical updates, and maybe an extra heart to compensate for the one that is constantly aching...

As a sibling...
you feel lost in the shuffle. Often invisible. You thrive on routine but there is no routine when your brother or sister keeps getting rushed to the hospital. When you are stuck helping around the house with all the extra responsibilities your parents don’t have time for. You feel responsible for everyone around you; their emotions, their shortcomings, their sanity. You are doing your best to put on a smile, but sometimes the weight of it all just feels too heavy. If only you could be a normal kid. A normal teen. With a normal family (not realizing that you ARE normal). If only you had friends who understood what you were going through, or a confidant who could take some of the weight off of your shoulders…

As a grandparent...
you feel left out of the loop. You care deeply and want to be there and show up for your child and grandchild, but all you seem to do is cause more stress. You never say the right thing. You don’t know how to help. Maybe you live across the world and your heart breaks knowing you can’t hold your daughter as she cries from overwhelm. Maybe you live close by but feel you’re stepping on toes whenever you try to help. These are your children and you feel so removed. You want to help. If only there was someone who could help you figure out how to show support in ways that are actually helpful. If only there was a community of other grandparents and caregivers who understood what you were going through…
Enter Krovim.
